This broiled grapefruit was a bit of an unplanned recipe, which is unusual for me. Typically, I plan our meals for the week so I know what I need at the grocery store and how to schedule my time a little better. I’ll rewind a bit. On Friday at the office, a client dropped of a large basked of fruit. Of course, it was a free for all so I grabbed what I could and ended up with a grapefruit. I’m not totally sure why I reached for the grapefruit because I actually don’t like it! I think I was forcing myself to try something new.
