I’ve long been a big fan of peanut butter. It’s a main staple in my diet. Bud and I registered for a food processor for our wedding and the first thing I wanted to make was homemade peanut butter.
This recipe is probably one of the easiest I’ve posted on the blog. Literally, you put peanuts in the food processor and turn it on. It only takes about seven minutes to go from whole peanuts to peanut butter. It’s smooth and it’s salty and it’s super easy!
The process goes like this:
Peanuts ->peanut powder->peanut paste->dough ball shape-> gritty butter->peanut butter!
I could eat this stuff right out of the jar. It’s that good. I usually just buy the peanuts in the bulk section. You can use any type of peanut, but I use regular salted peanuts. I think I’ll be making this peanut butter from now on instead of the store bought stuff!
